Drawing inspiration from the family’s love of The Three Stooges, a nod to Don, Deb’s husband, Stoogez was born in 2015. In 2022, a fire destroyed the family’s nearby sister bar, leading the Schaefers to expand Stoogez and bring even more of that neighborhood spirit to Manchester Road.
